Leisure Centre Sell-off: Portland to be Privatised

Nottingham City Council has announced that it will sell Portland Leisure Centre as part of it's budget plans. Saghir Akhtar, who used to be a Councillor for this area said "The Leisure Centre has been there a long time and lots of local people love it. I remember going there as a child and I hope it stays open for local people at a price they can afford."
You can have your chance to have a say on the council's budget on Monday, 6th February at The Meadows Library between 6pm and 8pm
