The next ordinary meeting of Lincolnshire Liberal Democrats will be held at 10am on SATURDAY 28 January 2012 at the North Hykeham Day Centre, Neale Road, NorthHykeham, LN6 9UA

This notice has been e-mailed or posted to all those for whom the Secretary has details, including all County Councillors and Local Party Chairs. Please ensure that all those in your constituency who should know about this meeting DO know about it.

Remember - any member is allowed to attend the Lincolnshire meeting. Only named representatives (or named substitutes) are allowed to vote.

2. Minutes of the ordinary meeting held November and Matters Arising. - Vice-Chair

3. Officers Reports including Future Finance

4. County, District and Local Council Reports - County, District and Local Resolutions

5. Constituency, Parliamentary and Regional Reports - Boundaries - MEP Report

TRAVEL DIRECTIONS

From the north or east: Head for the A46 Lincoln by-pass (signed to Newark). Turn left on to the A1434 into North Hykeham at the Pennell's/Bentley Hotel roundabout. After just over a mile, turn right at the lights into Moor Lane. At next lights, turn right into Mill Lane then left into Clarke Road then right into Perney Crescent then right into Neale Road.

From the south & Sleaford: Head for the A607, descend the cliff at Waddington aiming for North Hykeham via Brant Road and then into Meadow Lane. Just after the sharp RH bend turn left into Russell Avenue then right into Perney Crescent then left into Neale Road.
