THE CROWN HOTEL, SKEGNESS, LINCOLNSHIRE
On behalf of our County Federation Chair, Cllr Charles Shaw, I should like to extend an invitation for you to attend the Lincolnshire Dinner following the East Midlands Liberal Democrat Conference.
The venue is The Crown Hotel, Drummond Road, Skegness, Lincolnshire, PE25 3AB (tele: 01754 610760, fax 610847 email; enquiries@crownhotel.biz website: www.crownhotel.biz). Reception is 7.30pm for dinner at 8.00pm. The cost is £20.00 per head. We have kept this cost to the minimum and there are no concessions as a quality dinner at this price is hard to find - why not get together and book a table for your branch, constituency or family. Bar facilities are available until late and accommodation at the Hotel is available, at a preferential rate. Rooms are limited in number so please book direct with the hotel but there are also a number of other good hotels in close proximity. The staff at the Crown will be pleased to assist and advise.
The guest speaker is Mark Hunter, Member of Parliament for Cheadle, Deputy Chief Whip a really hard working Liberal Democrat who has worked his way up from local Councillor where he grew up to be a fantastic Constituency MP and statesman.
The menu can be downloaded here and if there are any particular dietary requirements and/or preference as to seating arrangements, I will try to accommodate these.
Please provide me with details of those attending on the slip attached to the menu along with the appropriate remittance by Monday 3rd October 2011.
Wine can be ordered on the night from the wine table or in advance, direct with the Crown Hotel. Please make all arrangements personally with the bar staff.
