Use of European Parliament Information Money: Advice for Focus Writers
The European Parliament's '3701' budget will normally - via Bill Newton Dunn - cover the costs of design, print and delivery of Focuses to a maximum of £100 per Focus providing they fill the following requirements:
The Focus must include a section that directly relates to activities of one or more of the following:
The European Parliament
MEP(s)
The 'Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe Group (ALDE)
The leaflet must feature the ALDE name and logo (this can be found in the 'downloads' section on: www.libdemeuro.com)
The leaflet must not contain any material at all linked to any electoral campaign (European, national or local) whether upcoming, happening or in the past!
If the leaflet is financed jointly with a third party, the ALDE logo must feature at an equal level.
Please include Bill's contact details and website address on every Focus funded in this way. These can be found in the 'downloads' section in the Focus material folder on Bill's website on www.libdemeuro.com . If possible, please also include a photo of Bill which can be found in the same section.
